Introduction
AI Resume is a privacy-first product designed to help individuals improve resumes and help companies evaluate candidates with structured analysis. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We operate from the European Union and aim to follow the GDPR in a clear, practical way.
Data we collect
Email address (early access): If you join our early access list, we collect the email address you provide.
Role selection (optional/required depending on form): If the form asks for it, we collect whether you identify as a job seeker, recruiter, or company.
Resumes/CVs you upload for analysis: When you use the analysis features, we process the content of the resume you provide to generate results. We do not retain CVs permanently.
Basic technical data: Like most websites, we may receive basic technical information from your browser (for example, device type and general browser information) to help keep the site reliable and secure.
How we use data
Early access notifications: We use your email only to notify you about access to AI Resume. We do not send marketing emails.
Provide the product: We use resume content you submit to generate analysis and candidate evaluation outputs.
Quality, privacy, and security: We may use limited technical information to prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Data retention
CVs/resumes: CVs are processed to generate results and are not stored permanently. Temporary processing may occur during the session to complete the analysis.
Early access emails: We keep your email address only as long as needed to manage early access and notify you when access is available. You can request deletion at any time.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We do not share your resume content with third parties for advertising.
We may use carefully selected service providers (for example, infrastructure or hosting) to run the website. When we do, we aim to minimize data shared and require appropriate safeguards.
Your rights (GDPR)
If GDPR applies to you, you have rights over your personal data, including: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability.
If you joined early access, you can also withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your email.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
